- Frame: Fabricated using MS plates with chequered floor, or I.S.M.C. / C-section base for strong and stable operation.
- Design: Built according to IS-9507-1979, suitable for heavy-duty lifting and pulling.
- Gearbox: Options include Helical Reduction Gearbox or Open Spur Gears & Pinions for effective load reduction.
- Rope Drum: High-quality steel drums with flanged ends, customizable for rope lengths up to 1 km.
- Winding Capacity: Standard is 100 meters; extended capacity available as per client requirement.
- Motor (Electric Winch): Class ‘B’, 3-phase A.C. Induction Motor, 415V, 50Hz, Squirrel Cage, with 150 starts/hr, IS-325 compliant.
- Control Panel: Equipped with 110V Push Button Station, ABB/BCH/SIEMENS make contactors, fuses, and pilot lamps.
- Braking Options: Electromagnetic, Electro-hydraulic thruster, double shoe or hand-operated brakes, based on user preference.
- Testing: All machines are tested at 125% load capacity before dispatch.
- Warranty: 12-month warranty from delivery date against manufacturing defects.
- Custom Operation: Available in right-hand operation by default; left-hand models upon request.
- Optional Upgrades: Rope speed customization (1 to 15 m/min), extra drum capacity, special control options, and side-change gear operation.
