The crane system was designed to support heavy-duty industrial material handling operations, offering a lifting capacity of 25 MT / 10 MT with a span of 9,030 mm. The robust double girder box construction provides excellent structural strength, reduced deflection, and reliable performance, making it well-suited for handling heavy electrical components and equipment.
BHT India executed the project on a turnkey basis, covering detailed engineering, in-house manufacturing, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning. The crane is equipped with efficient electric hoisting and smooth cross-travel and long-travel mechanisms, ensuring safe operation, precise load positioning, and improved productivity at the client’s facility.
This project demonstrates BHT India’s capability to deliver high-quality EOT cranes and customized overhead crane solutions, engineered to meet specific operational requirements while complying with applicable industrial standards and safety norms.

The crane systems were custom-engineered to meet the client’s material handling and production requirements, with multiple lifting capacities of 7.5 MT, 3 MT, and 2 MT across a 19,500 mm span. The single girder box construction ensures an optimal balance of strength, efficiency, and cost-effective performance, making the cranes suitable for medium-duty industrial applications.
